Delivered from Brush Traction, Loughborough in June 1991; here 60041 is hauling a down ECC block train of PGAs, sporting the Trainload Freight Construction sector decals. This loco was withdrawn at the end of October 2013.

A theme with some Class 60s was to be named after famous British landscape features; High Willhays is the summit of Dartmoor near Okehampton.
