Even a 135 ton Peak loco is dwarfed under the overall roof of York Station, as 45 007 arrives heading 1M62 07.45 Scarborough - Liverpool. Built September 1961 at BR Crewe Works and after 27 years of service, this loco was withdrawn in July 1988 and scrapped at MC Metals, Glasgow in November 1992.
